We’re proud to shine a spotlight on Denise Brown, Quality Control Associate for CMOP operations at our Chicago facility.
This operation facilitates the sorting and distribution of prescriptions for a healthcare facility with locations throughout the country.
Whether she is producing and checking destination labels, auditing sort quality, or putting measures in place to limit defective product, Denise is a central figure in the success of our operation. Last month we had an unusually high amount of destination sort changes, which means changing and producing new destination labels, mail sacks, sort placards, and scan tally sheets. Understanding that more work than usual would be required to manage the sort change effort, Denise, without being directed by a supervisor, came into work early and ensured that all changes were made, and done so accurately, before our operations switched over to the new sort locations. We salute Denise for exemplifying our core values through her hard work and dedication as a valued Exegistics employee.
