Craig Walker

Director of Sales

Craig is a seasoned and tenured Senior Leader who partners with organizations to solve their most pressing workforce and talent challenges — from managing rising labor costs and skills shortages to building the scalable infrastructure businesses need to compete in a rapidly shifting market. With more than 15 years of leadership across sales, operations, and recruiting, Craig brings a rare, end-to-end perspective: he doesn't just design workforce strategy, he has built, led, and scaled it — giving clients a partner who understands their challenges from every angle.

Craig's experience spans the full spectrum of workforce solutions — including MSP, RPO, VMS, SOW, CWO, and Onsite programs — supporting clients across a wide range of industries, including IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, Warehouse and Logistics, Manufacturing, Automotive, Food and Beverage, and specialized Aerospace and Defense environments. This breadth allows him to help organizations of any size or industry diagnose what's holding their workforce back today, and build a flexible, data-driven strategy for what's next.

Craig's specialty lies in working across every department, function, and business unit within a client's organization to dissect the total impact of a workforce challenge — then build both a macro and micro business plan around it. Rather than treating staffing as an isolated problem, he approaches it as an organizational one, ensuring the solutions he builds create measurable impact at every level, from the plant floor to the C-suite. Whether guiding a single-location business through a critical growth phase or aligning talent strategy across a multi-site enterprise, he brings the same discipline: translating market intelligence and labor trends into practical solutions that reduce risk and drive measurable results.

Recognized throughout his career for consistently delivering results at the local, regional, and national level, Craig is known for a strategic, consultative approach that puts clients' current challenges — and future goals — at the center of every solution. His mission is simple: help businesses build workforce strategies that don't just solve today's problems, but position them to win tomorrow's.
