Exegistics Would Love To Have You!
Exegistics sets a high bar for our associated carriers to ensure top-tier service to our clients. To qualify as an Exegistics-approved carrier, there are several requirements, including $1,000,000 auto coverage, $100,000 cargo coverage, satisfactory safety rating, an active authority for at least 90 days, and more.
Requirements for Exegistics-Approved Carriers Include:
- Your MC/MX# or DOT#.
- Intrastate carriers without a DOT# may provide an applicable state registration number to begin registration.
- Company contact information.
- Electronic W-9 (have your Tax ID available).
Next Steps
- Complete the Carrier Profile.
- Read and ACCEPT the Agreement(s).
- Provide a Certificate of Insurance that meets the insurance minimum requirements below.
- Certificates must be submitted from your insurance producer (agent)
- $100,000 Cargo Coverage
- $1,000,000 Auto Coverage
Additional Requirements
If RMIS does not already have a copy of your certificate on file, we will request one from your insurance agent (producer).
You will be required to meet the following requirements:
- Active Common or Contract Authority.
- Safety Rating must be Satisfactory or None.
- The authority is active for at least 90 days.
