Adam Welch is a robotics and industrial automation professional with more than a decade of experience helping manufacturers improve productivity through collaborative robotics, machine vision, motion control, and advanced automation solutions.

Throughout his career, Adam has partnered with manufacturers, OEMs, system integrators, and distribution networks to identify automation opportunities, develop scalable solutions, and drive business growth. His experience spans business development, channel management, product management, and technical sales, working with many of the industry's leading automation technologies and robotics manufacturers.

Before joining Cobot Partners, Adam held leadership roles with organizations including Mitsubishi Electric Automation, AIRSKIN, and All Control Enterprises, where he developed strategic partner networks, launched new robotics initiatives, and helped customers successfully implement automation solutions across a wide range of industries.

Known for his consultative approach, Adam focuses on understanding each customer's operational goals before recommending solutions. He is passionate about making automation accessible to manufacturers of all sizes and helping organizations confidently adopt collaborative robotics to improve safety, efficiency, and long-term competitiveness.
