Ten years ago, Exegistics was founded as a 3rd party logistics (3PL) and supply chain company with the goal of transforming the industry by delivering value-added solutions that exceed the expectations of high-growth customers. Today, Exegistics employs more than 350 teammates operating out of 15 US locations supporting clients with innovative warehousing, transportation, staffing and cutting-edge supply chain technology solutions.
“The driving force behind Exegistics is constant innovation,” says founder and CEO Stephen Olds. “We have developed an innovative process that unlocks the hidden ideas that lead to breakthrough performance improvements for our customers and for ourselves. Of course, many companies can come up with great ideas, what sets us apart is our ability to turn that innovation into process and to quantify results.”
Established by retired Marine Corps Officer Stephen Olds, Exegistics is a Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) and INC 500 company that also ranks 28th on the Inaugural Vet50 List of the Fastest-Growing Veteran-Led Companies in America.
“We have developed our entire company culture around the responsibility and determination to complete any task or mission as communicated, which we learned in the military,” explains Olds.
Exegistics has identified 10 ways to celebrate its 10-year anniversary in a meaningful way. True to its values and its roots, Exegistics chose to co-sponsor a roundtable discussion titled: The Value of Integrating Veterans into Your Workforce & Strategies for Mutual Success, as its first celebration.
The roundtable underscored veterans’ continued contribution to the American economy and highlighted the importance of developing a veteran’s workplace initiative and strategies to ensure success.
Moderated by Victor LaGroon, an international advocate and strategist for transitioning veterans, the event took place on Tuesday, July 10 at mHub. Fellow sponsors included ICATT Apprenticeship Program and York Solutions.
“We believe in creating opportunities for veterans by helping them translate and transfer military skills/experience into civilian job responsibilities,” explained Olds.
“Diversity creates that engaged, energetic, empowered, and focused culture that drives innovation and promotes a mindset that leads to positive, breakthrough results for our customers,” added Olds. “This mindset helped us achieve our 10-year milestone and now, it’s fueling our next phase of growth. It’s satisfying to reflect on our anniversary, but equally exciting to chart the course for the next 10 years and beyond.”
